Mistakes of the Fasting Ones

أخطاء الصائمين

7. The one who breaks his Fast Intentionally not Completing the Fast.

It came in the two authentic books (1) from the Hadeeth Abu Hurayrah رضى الله عنه that the Messenger of Allaah صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ said:

" مَنْ أَكَلَ نَاسِيًا وَهُوَ صَائِمٌ فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ، فَإِنَّمَا أَطْعَمَهُ اللَّهُ وَسَقَاهُ ".

"Whoever eats something forgetfully while he is fasting, then he should complete his fast, for Allaah has only fed him and made him drink."

Commentary:

The hadeeth points to the fact that whoever eats or drinks forgetfully while Fasting, should thus complete his fast, while his fast his correct.

The Scholars رحمهم الله cite this as an evidence with this hadeeth and they say:

Whoever intentional breaks, thus eats or drinks, or he has sexual relations with his family during the day of ramadan, then it's upon him to hold back for his remaining day due to his statement صلى الله عليه وسلم:

فَلْيُتِمَّ صَوْمَهُ
then he should complete his fast.

He should do that revering the sanctuary of the month, while there is no reward for him, rather there is sin upon him.

Ibn Qudaamah رحمه الله said:

And all those that break their fast while Fasting is binding on them are like the one who breaks without an excuse, while the one who breaks, thinks Fajru (dawn) hasn't risen, while it has indeed risen, or he thinks the sun has set while it hasn't, or the forgetful one who forgot the intention of Fasting and their similitude, it's binding upon all of them to hold back (from breaking it further).

We don't know of a difference of opinion between them. (2)

China’s stock markets are some of the largest in the world, with total market capitalization reaching RMB 79 trillion (US$12.2 trillion) in 2020. China’s stock markets are seen as a crucial tool for driving economic growth, in particular for financing the country’s rapidly growing high-tech sectors.Although traditionally closed off to overseas investors, China’s financial markets have gradually been loosening restrictions over the past couple of decades. At the same time, reforms have sought to make it easier for Chinese companies to list on onshore stock exchanges, and new programs have been launched in attempts to lure some of China’s most coveted overseas-listed companies back to the country.

In many cases, the content resembled that of the marketplaces found on the dark web, a group of hidden websites that are popular among hackers and accessed using specific anonymising software.“We have recently been witnessing a 100 per cent-plus rise in Telegram usage by cybercriminals,” said Tal Samra, cyber threat analyst at Cyberint. The rise in nefarious activity comes as users flocked to the encrypted chat app earlier this year after changes to the privacy policy of Facebook-owned rival WhatsApp prompted many to seek out alternatives.AWFIBNMAALIKISAAMICLIBRARY Telegram Group from us
